Coronavirus Update - Steps we are taking

Stores

We have taken the decision to temporarily close our London stores during the current Covid-19 outbreak. The safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members is our number one priority.

Deliveries

Our ecommerce site is still open and at the moment our deliveries are not impacted. If you would prefer not to sign the scanner or paper upon delivery, the courier may leave the shipment and enter a full name as proof of delivery.

Returns

We have extended our returns period to 30 days from the return request to allow you to return any items to us safely. Please send any returns to the following address, where our customer services team will process them.

Our bespoke collection is still available to purchase online, however please note that in the coming weeks some products may take slightly longer to produce. Please see below for the most up to date bespoke lead times.

Repairs

Our repairs workshop is currently closed and we cannot take in any new repairs at this time. If you have an item that requires a repair, please contact Customer Services, and we will be in touch as soon as we are able to accept in your item. Please note, this period will not affect your warranty with us.

A note from Anya

We are sorry to announce that we will be closing our stores in London until further notice. Our staff have battled hard to keep the ‘show on the road’ but as our team’s health and well-being is our number one priority we have decided to close for a bit and take stock.

As I said before, whilst we wish we sold something more useful than handbags in this crisis, we do feel that little gifts that bring a smile to someone’s face still have meaning, so do let us know if we can help you in any way with anything.
