Enjoy Festive Afternoon Tea At Anya Cafe
Visit us from 2nd November until 5th January to celebrate the holiday season with our festive edition of Anya’s playful take on the traditional British afternoon tea. You’ll enjoy a glass of mulled wine, followed by a selection of our exclusive seasonal cakes. Everything is served on a beautiful bespoke festive-themed carved stand inspired by spinning Swedish angel chimes.
Please note during the festive season our Afternoon Tea is very popular and likely to sell out – we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your session time to allow for check-in.
Please note this is a performance experience and sessions will start promptly on the hour. We will do our best to admit latecomers at an appropriate moment but you may miss some of the experience if you do not arrive on time. Unfortunately, we are unable to alter start times to allow for late arrivals.
Tickets must be booked online in advance. When you book, you are selecting a time slot to visit Anya’s Grotto and Father Christmas. Each time slot will start promptly on the hour at your booked time and will last for up to 30 minutes. There is a limit of 9 people per slot. Children must be accompanied by an adult and any additional adults will be charged at £40 each.
Ticket prices are inclusive of booking and transaction fees. The ticket price for children includes a gift from Father Christmas. You may take your own photos.
Anya’s Grotto is suitable for children of all ages however we recommend children aged 2-8 years. A child is up to 16 years of age. Tickets purchased are only valid for the date and timed session for which they were booked. If you miss your timed session for Anya’s Grotto, we are unable to rearrange this and no refund will be given.
Once your booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You will receive one QR code per person. Please have this confirmation and QR code ready to show when you check-in. The cancellation period is 72 hours prior to your booked slot. Cancellations made after this time will not receive a refund.
