Dispatch & Delivery

To receive your gifts in time for Christmas, please ensure you order before midnight on Tuesday, 17th December for international and UK delivery.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods including our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and start from the day of dispatch.

Our Delivery Partner

We ship all our deliveries via DHL on a tracked service, and a signature is required for delivery. Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. In some areas, On Demand Delivery (ODD) allows you to reschedule a delivery and/or remove the signature requirement. To use ODD you require your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

International Delivery

Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on orders over $300
Delivery to USA on orders under $300: $30
Orders are dispatched with DHL and will take 3-5 business days to arrive with you.

Bespoke Delivery & Christmas Deadlines 2024

Bespoke dispatch dates are shown on the individual product page and delivery timeframes found here. Please note lead times begin once the bespoke design is confirmed and order processed. Lead times shown on our website are for guide purposes only and not intended as confirmation of delivery date. Please consider local public holidays or delivery restrictions that may impact your delivery time.

  • Embossing + Photo Panels – Sunday 8th December

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a unique tracking link via DHL in order that you can follow the progress of your delivery until it arrives with you.

Taxes & Duties

We have removed VAT from the prices show in USD. We provide a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to the US, this means all relevant local taxes, duties and customs will be included in your order total -- itemised separately. There will be no additional customs charges, but please note US clients may need to provide their social security number.

Customs Charges

We provide a DDP service to the US, this means all customs charges are included in the price of your order and no additional charges should be applicable. If you are contact about customs charges once the parcel is on its way, please do not pay and instead contact us immediately. 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, we must adhere to some specific shipping restrictions and therefore some items may not ship to your country. For shipping restrictions, please check the product page under the description.

PO Boxes

Please note we are unfortunately unable to ship to PO boxes.
